I was playing Shamar act 2 tring to get and S rank,than i did something that cause me to get an impossible score, the score was 8547693 and half of the number 8.I was curious,what should I do about this?

I don't know lol I was just trying to get an S rank,and it gave me that score at the end of the level.

Hmm, this has happened to someone else here, too.
Just replay the stage until you get a score that you are satisfied with and submit it. This huge score will probably stand as you best score in-game, but I guess you have no choice but to ignore it. At least you got the S-rank that way...

1) don't submit:

If something seems iffy, you probably shouldn't be doing it.

2) Don't get a bootlegged version *shot*

Yes this has happened before [http://www.soniccenter.org/forum/index.php?topic=4084.0]. Since this has come up twice now maybe someone should investigate (i nominate Parax since he does nothing anyway >_>)

same stage, and now it's happened to someone else (normally, people are acting dumb if they're BSing, but it seemed genuine in the case linked, that that person was being sincere)

I did a bit of snooping around, and people have had glitches with this before, but no one can determine why (also, it's not uncommon for people to dismiss it as cheating, the first time around).  posts on Sega forums have baited no official response.

I'm unable to find these places again, so I don't have links, sorry...
